American Academy of Pediatrics

Project Management Consultant. Develop clinician education resources for the HRSA and ZERO TO THREE-funded Transforming Pediatrics for Early Childhood initiative, integrating early childhood development expertise, instructional design principles, and evidence translation.

Senior Consultant, Strategic Initiatives and Impact. Drive scholarship program growth and sustainability through partnership development, alumni engagement, and operational improvements. Leverage data to expand university and internship networks and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Consultant: Hospital and Surgical Subspecialities Initiatives. Supported strategic initiatives through financial analysis, budget reconciliation, physician-focused communications, and reporting on clinical policies and guidance.

Special Projects Consultant. Strengthened communication platforms, analyzed engagement data to inform impact measurement, developed digital engagement strategies, and identified opportunities to expand community networks.

Kott Gerontology Institute

Projects Consultant. Developed and executed a targeted digital campaign to increase awareness and engagement for a scholarship program advancing opportunities and quality of life among older adults.

2019 – 2023

American Academy of Pediatrics

Project Manager. Developed and delivered live and self-directed training specific to implementation of pediatric developmental screening and establishment of early intervention pathways in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Strategic Advisor. Provided technical review of published clinical guidance and educational materials on mental health, toxic stress, and trauma-informed care. Based on review, presented strategies for alignment and integration.

Communications Project Manager. Lead consultant on the National Coordinating Center for Epilepsy website upgrade. Curated resources, served as an advisor for digital content, and supervised other project consultants. 

Technical Writer. Conducted structured interviews with selected practices caring for mothers and infants that are substance exposed. Generated profiles to populate a digital library featuring national practice models. 

Communications Strategist; Content Author. Crafted strategies to promote an educational series on children in foster care. Created digital content for national programs on medical home implementation and hearing detection.
