Meet Steph
Stephanie (Steph) Mucha, founder of Stephanie Mucha Consulting, LLC has dedicated her career to advancing equitable healthcare and social services through collaboration and thoughtful leadership.
The people and communities Steph serves have always been at the heart of her work, including children and families, older adults, disability communities, and historically underrepresented populations. She believes the best outcomes begin with listening, asking thoughtful questions, and making sure different experiences and perspectives are part of the conversation.
Throughout her career, Steph has been guided by one simple belief: if we can help someone, we should. Whether she’s presenting to a board of directors, facilitating a national meeting, or assisting someone at a food pantry during a pandemic, she believes everyone deserves the same respect, attention, and compassion.
Steph holds a Masters of Public Health from Northwestern and is a proud native Chicagoan, partner, mom, stepmom, cat mom, and a breast cancer survivor.
